productivity. The metabolic rate is the rate at which your body
burns calories. The faster your metabolism rate, the more
calories are burned and the faster your lose weight.

Eating frequently also keep the blood
glucose constant. With the constant level of blood glucose, you
will not feel irritable or overly hungry.
