healthy food. There are many cooking recipes for healthy diet
for you to choose from so eating healthy does not mean eat
boring food. If you have taken any culinary arts courses, you will learn that the
sky is the limit in the arts of culinary. Eating healthy
temporarily can help one lose weight. However, that weight
will not stay off unless the change is on going and
permanent. That's why many athletes gain weight after they
stop competing and many people who go on a diet regain their
weight after coming off the diet.
